    It takes a lot to be a leader and the first thing we need to consider when you think you can be a good leader – can you listen and give good advice to others? Listening skill is one of the most important attributes of being a good leader. When I was a manager at an incorporation, I always took the time to listen to my employees and fellow staff. This is something you really need to work on because most of us just want to speak, and not listen. Being a father has also given me much time to work on my listening skills.
